2. Agencies get a kickback of 5 - 7.5% of spend from a client
3. Clients are also offered ad credits as aggressive as 1:5 (Spend $100, get $500)
4. The "catch" is the agency must sign an NDA and email a rep to be a part of this program

Is there a payout limit?

No. However, payouts don't continue forever. At most, you get paid out for 6 months.
